Delete from the app
The fastest way is inside the Cric Journey Scorer app — deletion is immediate and needs no approval from us:
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings (bottom tab bar).
- Tap Delete my account at the bottom and confirm.
Your account and personal details are removed straight away and you are signed out on every device.
No longer have the app?
If you can't sign in or have already removed the app, email support@cricjourney.com from your account email address with the subject "Delete my Cric Journey account". We verify the request and delete your data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, user ID).
- Your stored YouTube connection and authorization tokens.
- Personal data associated with your account.
What may be retained
Match content that has been published to public scorecards or shared publicly, and any records we are required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, may be retained or anonymized. Anything retained is disassociated from your personal identity where feasible.
Revoke app access
To also revoke the app's access to your Google/YouTube account, visit myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access.
